The book tells about a boy named Nick who has a great imagination and knows how to use it, but when he uses the word frindle instead of pen so does everyone else which doesnt make his teacher very happy but in the end Frindle becomes a dictionary word. This book is very good and anyone who loves a great novel should read it.

PUPPIES!
Last Wednesday as some of you may know I got new puppies. We got two they are both male Poochons (Poodle mixed with Bichon Frise). One is outgoing and cuddly (Spanky)and the other loves to chew, bite, and play and he loves to bark (Alfalfa). My family and I named them Spanky (Top and Bottom Picture)and Alfalfa (Second to Bottom Picture) from the Little Rascals. Spanky is the one who looks like a fluffy teddy bear and Alfalfa has darker fur and is fairly smaller than Spanky. Enjoy the pictures! :)

The Wide Window
The Wide Window, written by Lemony Snicket has 301 pages filled with frightful adventure. The Baudlaire children, once again in a O.K. home, feeling safe with their new guardian, Aunt Joesophine, are once again found by Count Olaf who pretends to kill Aunt Joesophine, then kills her leaving the Baudlaires with Mr. Poe as always to try and find a new home. This book is fairly breathtaking and is more recommended for mature teens who don't mind sadness.
The Reptile Room
The Reptile Room written by Lemeney Snicket is 190 pages long filled with sadness. When the Baudlaire children finally get the perfect home with Mr. M.M. Count Olaf comes and ruins it for them by killing Mr. M.M.

Alice in Wonderland Critique
Imagine having a dream so vivide you thought it was real. Alice has this experiance in the book Alice in Wonderland, a fantasy novel, as Alice ventures through the world of Wonderland. While there, Alice goes through many adventures journys and comes across many people such as the Hatter, White Rabbit, and Queen of Hearts. The book would mostly be recommended for mature kids or teens.
I would recomend this book to anyone and everyone who is mature. The novel has many highpoints such as when Alices grows large and smal wen she takes a nibble of a magic mushroom a Caterpiller told her to eat. The book itself clarifys many of the confusing parts, but many of the characters such as the Dutchess who doesnt much care for her baby who turns into a pig is confusing.
I liked the book since it was different and different books , in my opinion, are more interesting. The book has many cliff hangers and is content to Alice's crazy dream. I also like the book since The Hatter and Cheshire Cat are in it. The novel is so fascinating and is the type of book I read.

Alice in Wonderland
Alice in Wonderland a 153 page book written by Lewis Carroll is full of weird adventure. Alice in Wonderland, a wonderful story, tells of a girl named Alice who follows The White Rabbit and falls into Wonderland, a world filled with mad people. While in Wonderland Alice comes across many pecular things such as the Cheshire Cat, The Queen of Hearts, and The Mad Hatter. In the end of  Alice's adventure in Wonderland shes woken up by her sister and realizes her whole adventure was just a dream. Alice is a short tempered girl.
Short-tempered is a suitable chararistic for Alice. Alice shows this chararistic by getting mad at the Hatter for talking non-sense. Alice cant stand when one corrects her once and gets very frustrated when one does. Alice despises the Queen of Hearts since she yells when she's frustrated which is very uncivilized and shows Alice's short temper. Alice in Wonderland is a fantastic book and is recommened for anyone who's as mad as a Hatter.

Dragon Road
Dragon Road, a fantatsic 285 page book by Laurence Yep is filled with basketball. Calvin and his best friend Barney are great basketball players and when hard times come to San Francisco Calvin and Barney play on the streets for money. Soon after one of Calvins street games two coaches named Jack and Topper invite Calvin and Barney to play on a traveling team. At the end of Barney and Calvins journey Jack leaves since he doesnt want to put up with the team anymore and Topper decides to run the team and have the same team for next year. The main setting in Dragon Road is Annie.
Annie is the main setting in the book Dragon Road. Even though Annie is just a car The Dragons (name of the basketbal team) did everything in the car. The team slept, ate, and talked in Annie. They were in Annie for half of the day almost everyday and even though it was hard do squeeze all seven of them into a votes wagon they still did it. This book is recomended for anyone who likes basketball.
